The brand is founded and created by Julie Wong, who has trekked over the cosmetics road to success with established names including Clinique, YSL, Beaute, Aesop, Annick Goutal, Laura Mercier, Peter Thomas Roth among others. Her commitment is to bring luxury cosmetics to consumers but at a friendlier price tag has led her to appoint Kerrie Hess, the artistic illustrator and author of Shoe String Chic book fame, to deliver the COVO brand message of Luxe for Less.

Celebrated brand illustrator Kerry is currently based in Paris and has illustrated for big name clients such as Kate Spade, Collette Dinnigan and Net-A-Porter.com. She has also illustrated for editorial biggies such as Vogue and Tatler while her illustrations have been chicly featured in a scarf, t-shirts in Japan and the USA, while illustrating countless book covers around the globe and more pertinently, Kerrie has also illustrated for the biggest fashion name of all - Chanel.

COVO aims to bring cutting edge and high standards beauty products to the beauty conscious masses minus the prestige price tags that usually comes packaged with such top-of-the-line launches.
